The way I teach chakras and use this eastern philosophy is a little different to how you may hear it from other practitioners.

The basis of my work is about processing your emotions, but what if you don’t know what emotions are stored in your body to process?

That’s where the chakra system comes in to play.

I use the example of the sacral chakra- one of the most common areas people store emotions.
