I’m an osteopath & psychosomatic therapist living in the beautiful lakeside town of Wanaka, New Zealand.

Over the years I’ve treated thousands of patients in my MetaMed Clinics.

I’m a  reformed procrastinator and perfectionist, mum to one lotus birth baby, indoor plant addict, clinic owner, therapist, dabbler in all sorts of projects and a goals-driven planner.

My Approach

There was a time when I was fed-up with treating patients because I wasn’t seeing the results I’d hoped for.

Deep down I knew their pain was a manifestation of their emotional state.

They were dealing with hidden trauma & stress, which was having an impact on their physical body being able to heal.

I then discovered psychosomatic therapy which helped me really understand the body on a deeper level. This is how I developed The Art Of Listening To Your Body.

Based on a patient’s pain and injuries, I started interpreting the deeper emotional issues at play, bringing awareness to them, in turn bringing about positive life changes. 

These people in chronic pain, had an emotional disconnect.

Their body was speaking to them, but they weren’t listening.

I love to dig deep, speak about the unspoken , and help people process unresolved emotions that hold them back from living the life they truly want.
