Join me today as I chat with James Hardiman a mortgage broker based in Melbourne Australia.
7 years ago James was diagnosed with a chronic illness he still manages to this day.
Remarkably well in my eyes.
On reflection he sees how his lifestyle and stress levels contributed to his health taking a turn. He weight 110kg, was living the busy corporate life travelling interstate, divorced, kids and also had an unpleasant end to another relationship.
James isn’t a practitioner of sorts, but I’ve followed his story via his partner. James hasn’t followed the conventional advice to help him manage his condition, his been open minded, taken up new practices, and acknowledge what needed to change to on the emotional level.
We delve into alcohol, relationships, moving countries as a child and the impacts it had on James.
I love that as a male and working in the industry he’s in, that he’s open to sharing his emotions. No matter where you come from or what industry you work in, we all have emotions that can hit us pretty hard.
