When my client sent me a photo before this podcast I was in awe.

It brought a tear to my eye, or rather tears.

This is the amazing Cynthia Mansfield…you’d never know from looking at this what she has been through in the last few years.

Her story is incredible and I’m interviewing her tomorrow, a couple of months after we finished working together.

She has so many stories and triumphs to share.

She is one resilient woman.

She’s not even 30 years old.

She’s a mum to three kids, and one in the oven due any day.

She’s a mum to twins. That had twin-to-twin transfusion syndrome (where one baby takes more nutrients than the other). She navigated a surgery that had a risk that one twin may not make it.

They both survived.

She then navigated NICU. Yet another big event.

When the twins were 14 months old in 2020 she was breastfeeding when something wasn’t right.

She went on to be diagnosed with stage 4 breast cancer meaning it had metastasised. To her lymph and to her bones.

Incredibly in 2021 she was in radiological remission.

When she reached out to me she had just found out she was pregnant with her fourth. Something that wasn’t recommended given her history. Her cancer was her2positive.

She came on Release to start processing… we then worked together 1:1.

This woman defies the odds in so many ways and is an inspiration.

I can’t wait to share more of Cynthia’s story with you. It’s taken a lot for her to get to where she’s at, a lot of the work she did before we met.

I love the name of her IG account @her2positivity

Only those who have had a breast cancer experience might know what this means. But to others it can have another meaning of what’s possible.

I can’t wait for her to share more with all of you.

Thanks for your inspiration Cynthia. Looking forward to our chat tomorrow! So much more than just this to talk about!

Cynthia welcomes you to reach out. Curious and positive messages only, please.
