I’m finally getting around to sharing my birth story of Violet who’s now 8 years old! It’s a way for me to document but it’s also something I’m passionate about. Not just birth but everything that happens before conception, pregnancy, the birth and the post-partum period.

When I was an osteopath I was fortunate enough to work with some incredible mummas and mummas to be.

For me it not about all natural birth, I work with all sorts of birth trauma.

However, this is my story.

Trigger warning that it is a positive experience so use your discretion as to whether or not this is for you.

I want to share my story as when I decided it was time to have a baby I trawled the internet high and low for positive stories. Some I found, some I had to make my own story.

Part 1 is my journey to getting pregnant.

Feeling it was time, then sitting a meditation course and realising I had more work to do from a health perspective.

The journey to conception is an important one from an emotional and physical aspect and I share more on this episode.
