with Dr. Jin Ong

dr jin ong the art of listening to your body logo sparkle geo moth gold shine transparent sml

In 2012 Gav introduced me to vipassana meditation. At the time it was great that I didn’t know all the details as I probably wouldn’t have gone.

I’m sharing parts of my experience on a 10 day silent meditation course of which I went on to do a few times, including twice whilst I was pregnant.

If you’ve heard about Vipassana many times and yet to experience it I encourage you to explore it. It’s one of the pivotal experiences in my life to this date. And I feel called to sit another one soon.
