Here's an exercise I get my clients to go through when we're working together.
Strengths are something that come naturally to you and aren't always easy to identify or recognise in yourself. Take some time out and answer the following questions for yourself.
What do others tell you you're good at?
What do friends always ask you to do?
What tasks do you love that others don't enjoy?
What do you know how to do better than anyone else?
What are you able to do easily without question?
If you didn't need an income what would you do with your life?
What do you love to learn about?
Who do you admire and what are their strengths?
Write down 50 skills, experiences and qualities that you have
.If you get stuck at all, ask a friend or a work colleague!
