Tracey practice as an acupuncturist and online mind/ body therapist, But more recently, she have started teaching practitioners on how to develop their practices into helping people find the emotional root cause of their issues. She have over 30 years experience in the health industry, starting in the physical trainings of western medicine, then moving into the energetic field of chinese medicine and then going right down the rabbit hole into the mind with hypnotherapy, past life regression and compassionate She believe that our lives have purpose and form even though things may appear to be random from our perspective. She believe in the healing power and wisdom of our bodies, and that the answers to life’s biggest questions are to be found inside of ourselves.

One of her biggest understandings was that what she thought was a ‘normal’ upbringing was actually full unseen trauma. From which she had many physical issues. Miscarriage, digestive issues, Fibroids and hysterectomy are some of those things she's happy to talk about.
