What Industry is best for 1:1 coaching?

I'm focused on developing sustainable businesses that are driven emotionally and have meaning. THis means building all the foundations and systems so you're not tied to your business day and night.

If you're just getting started or transitioning into a new idea I believe having the plan to work from is essential to prevent overwhelm and burnout. This means building your foundations and really understanding why you want this business and ensuring it is an expression of yourself.

On the otherhand, you may already be in business and in a bit of a hot mess. And you need some direction on what to prioritise so you can stop working on low level tasks and focus on high level tasks that propel you forward.

My speciaility is seeing what really needs to be worked on both on business and personal life to ensure that there is harmony between both worlds.

My personal experience is as a health care practitioenr initially going out on my own and building a team. I own and run two clinics with a team of 11. I love to be transparent about the process the costs etc…
