Discover Your Core Values
Many people who have struggled with values find this an easy, fun and powerful way to get clear on the values that ground them and help them make decisions in life.
In module one, you're going to learn:

MODULE TWO
Strengths Finder
You're going to come up with a list of 50 qualities, skills, strengths that are unique to you.
In module two, you're going to learn:
- To acknowledge yourself
- Learn your value, even in the stuff that comes easy
- Create your feel good list
MODULE THREE
7 Year Desire Image
This is a feminine space exercise where you get to dream big. Even if you think it's impossible. Try this out. Let your sacral chakra go wild and dream like you when you were a child. You never know what you can manifest!
In module three, you're going to learn:
- To honour the energy of your sacral chakra- the right to desire
- Remember what brings you joy
- Speak to the universe so you can co-create

Leaving Your Legacy
There's nothing more powerful than facing your own death. It's the turning point for many. Maybe you've had a close call or you've lost a loved one. Either way it gives you an opportunity to reassess your life.
