Biz Strategy 4 hour session (“the program”) Special Agreement is made between Jin Ong (“the Coach”) of The Art Of Listening To Your Body Limited (“the Company”) and the client, (“You.”)
You agree to the following:
Commitment:
You are joining 4 hours biz strategy session (the Program) because you want a mentor, supporter, and accountability partner as you move into the next phase of your business. By choosing to participate in this Program you are committing to a 4 hours zoom call and prework for the Program, including the full financial investment (whether you choose to participate or not this is an all in, no matter what container).
You understand that by joining, you will maximize the value of your investment by submitting homework and asking questions during your zoom call. You are agreeing that we do not pause, put on hold, or cancel enrolment or payments. You are committing to the full enrolment & payments.
Coaching:
The service to be provided by the Coach is pre-work and a 4 hour zoom call to refine these exercises and to implement a plan of action. Coaching – which is not therapy or counselling – may help you grow your business through professional and personal development which promotes continuous growth and strength.
It is encouraged you to turn up and be coached regardless of what is going on. Coaching is intuitively lead and here to serve you no matter what.
By checking the box to this agreement, you are releasing the company of any liability.
Program structure:
Vision course and worksheets as pre-work to be submitted before your session is booked. To be completed within two weeks of signing up.
You must complete these homework pieces within two weeks of purchase.
4 hour zoom call to be scheduled at a time that is mutually agreed upon.
We will work through a business plan together and discuss your strategy to implement after our session.

Content:
All content provided in the Program is the property of the Coach. You may not copy, download or store any content provided in the Program unless specified. Content is accessible only while you are an active member. Content may not be shared with others outside of the Program. Content includes but is not limited to files, worksheets, PDFs, special trainings, Google Docs, group call recordings, etc.
Fee:
Your investment for Program is $3333 USD paid in full.
GST
New Zealand based clients have the option of being charged in NZD and amounts will be inclusive of GST. If you are GST registered you may request an invoice to claim your GST. Please contact support if you would like to do this.
Default of Payment:
“Default” shall mean the non-payment of sums due according to the terms of this Agreement. In the event of Default on your part, coaches may cease all further performance under this agreement and shall not be liable for any losses or damages suffered by you as a result of our cessation of services.
By signing this Agreement, you agree to be legally obligated to pay the full amount of this 3 month Program. Payments are not refundable for any reason. Payments are due regardless of whether or not you fully and faithfully participate.
I understand that there are no refunds available and should I decide to end my coaching with the Coach that all unused coaching has no cash value. In the event that this program is cancelled, applicable future monthly payments will also be cancelled, but no refunds for previous payments will be issued.
Program results:
You are fully responsible for your results in this program. While we are absolutely convinced that you will derive great benefits from this Program and that you should become as successful as you desire, We of course cannot guarantee that you will attain a certain level of clients, sales, or profit as a result of this Program. As with any small business, each owner’s success depends on many factors, including your personal motivation, time commitment, how effectively you implement the strategies taught, and your efficiency in following up on each phase. The cost of this Program is an “investment” in yourself as a business owner, and, as with any investment, there is both great potential for a great return on your investment, and a risk there is no return on this investment.
We can guarantee, however, that you WILL learn a lot of usable and applicable business strategies that, when followed by others, have achieved great results. The most successful participants in this program will attend all calls and workshops, and actively participate in the Facebook group, as both seeking and offering support.
Governing Law:
This Agreement shall be construed in accordance with, and governed by, the laws of New Zealand as applied to contracts that are executed and performed entirely in New Zealand.
