I love reading your body and what it's really trying to tell you through it's physical presentation, injury, pain or illness; mental imbalances and behavioural dysfunctions.

I call it The Art Of Listening To Your Body. It's all about understanding yourself on a deeper level.

I guide you to recognise your purpose in the world by bringing light to the issues that hold you back from living the life you really want.

The most important part of this work is helping you release the emotions related to past trauma.

I do this through an intuitive understanding of how the body speaks and help you develop your emotional awareness, process your emotions, and inspire you to make change and take actionable steps to achieve your goals.

After an accident in my early teens my liver markers have been elevated for over a decade. I experienced chronic deficiencies with iron, vitamin B12 and D.
