Client Coaching Agreement

This coaching agreement is entered into between The Art Of Listening To Your Body (the Company) and the client (you) .

This agreement continues for 24 weeks from the agreed start date. You have agreed to commit to 24 consecutive weeks of coaching and support, after which we can review whether or not it is appropriate to continue.

I will contact you after payment is received to schedule your regular coaching session.

Fees
The full payment for 6 months of personal coaching is $25,000 USD.
There is an option to split pay your payments across monthly payments (see below)

Deposit
Due to limited availability a deposit of $5000 USD is required to hold times if you are booking your coaching > 21 days in advance. 

Payment of deposit is required before bookings will take place and are subject to availability.

Payments

21 days before your coaching commences your credit card will be charged for the remaining balance of your coaching payments.

The pay in full option of the remaining $20,000 USD will be charged unless otherwise specified prior to 21 days before your agreed start date. 

Payment plan option ($30,000 USD total) allows you to pay the remaining balance ($25,000) in 6 monthly payments = $4166.67 USD. Deductions will start from three weeks before your agreed start date.

*Your prices will remain the same once your agreed period of coaching commences. Prices & currency subject to change for any future coaching you may engage in.
 

Cancellation Policy: 

It is not ideal to cancel any sessions as continuity allows for the best possible outcomes. Under exceptional circumstances you may reschedule given 48 hours notice. Rescheduling is subject to availability.

If you decide to cancel your coaching agreement:
 > 21 days before the agreed commencement date we will retain 50% of your deposit
Between > 7 – 21 days there we will retain 75% of your deposit
Any less than 7 days notice before coaching commences and we will retain your full deposit.

Services
The client will be provided with personal coaching services via zoom unless otherwise specified by the coach. You will receive a zoom link via email two days before your session with a reminder of your agreed upon time. This is the same link each time.

You have unlimited email access to Jin to ask questions between your Zoom coaching sessions. You will receive a response within 48 hours Monday-Friday New Zealand time.

Your schedule is:

6 weekly for six weeks (first session is up to 2.5 hours).

6 sessions fortnightly/biweekly for the following 12 weeks (subsequent sessions up to 1 hour).

2 sessions three weeks apart for the remaining 6 weeks (1 hour)

If you do not answer, you are allowed one call back 10 minutes after the scheduled time or the appointment will be cancelled.

The purpose of the personal coaching sessions is to provide the client with information based on their defined goals and the experience of the coach in various areas.
This service includes but is not limited to: addressing your emotional past history, belief patters and what keeps you stuck, brainstorming techniques, identifying priorities and implementing action plans, organisation, efficient planning, keeping focus, follow-up procedures to maintain client motivation including personal development, implementation of systems, educating the client as well as asking and answering questions.

Termination
Termination of this agreement may occur at the discretion of the coach when an impasse is reached with the client. As long as the client adheres to the Coaching Success Guidelines and the coach adheres to professional practices and standards, the relationship will continue. The goal is to better yourself so all efforts will be made towards that end.

Once coaching has commenced there is a non-refundable $1667 USD administration fee which will be deducted from any payments to be refunded in the case of processing a termination.

Examples of terminable offences:
Lack of payment
Lack of adherence to Coaching Success Guidelines
Indifference on the part of the client to prescribed session action items

Confidentiality
Anything that is said or revealed in the sessions between coach and client is privileged information and will not be disclosed to any outside party. The exception is if the information revealed includes disclosure of illegal, unethical or criminal activities. Please scroll down for Coaching Confidentiality Agreement

The methods employed by The Art Of Listening To Your Body do not guarantee results. They are guidelines that the client must follow through on in order to see any type of change. The client agrees, therefore, to hold the coach free of any liability and responsibility for adverse reactions as a result of advice given in the coaching sessions.

Coaching Success Guidelines

The Coaching Process
Personal coaching can help you to meet the goals that you have for your personal life or business when you take the time to develop a solid relationship with the coaching professional. It is the coach’s objective to motivate you and hold you accountable for achieving your goals. From an outside standpoint, a personal coach may be able to see areas of concern that you are not able to discern. In that sense, the process raises your awareness of a different way to handle the issues you are confronted with.

 My Coaching Philosophy
To help you understand your driving WHY to create the life you want. To help you become more aware of the relationship between personal and potentially business life so that the two can co-exist in harmony. I read in between the lines and help you navigate a clearer pathway to achieving the goals you want. It all requires communication, dedication and work. With the right structures in place you will learn what is necessary for you to focus on an how to utilise your time.

What is Expected of the Client
The client is expected to attend each session on time and ready to work. They may need to be open to changes in their goals as the coaching process evolves. Coaches are not judgmental but impartial. To that end, coaches will ask the tough questions and expect the tough answers in order for growth to take place both personally and professionally, but only as it pertains to the business. However, clients do maintain the right to decide what topics to cover and to terminate a subject if they don’t want to discuss it further.

 What is Expected of the Coach
The coach is expected to listen to the client and their desires and work within that guideline as much as possible. The goal of each coaching session is to work through setbacks the client may have, clarify goals through exercises and find ways to move forward on goals with the client, i.e. creating action items. The client is expected to hold themselves accountable for what they do and don’t do to make these sessions productive.

Coaching Code Of Ethics

As your coach, I agree to abide by the following:

· I will not knowingly misrepresent my knowledge or expertise either publicly or privately, and I will be transparent regarding my education, certifications, and other qualifications.
· I will hold all discussions with my clients in the strictest confidence, except where doing so may cause harm to others.
· I will not provide information or advice that I do not believe in or that I would not personally follow.
· I will honor all agreements with my clients and others, including contracts, scheduling, and assigned tasks.
· I will not knowingly take any monetary, professional or other advantage of any coach/client relationship.
· I will conduct myself in accordance with this code of ethics whenever I am engaged in any coaching relationship or capacity.

Coaching Confidentiality Agreement

In order for us to work together with integrity, it’s important for us to agree to hold all of our conversations in confidence. Toward that end, you and I agree to never share the following information with others, unless mutually agreed upon ahead of time:

  •     Medical or emotional history unless agreed upon (ie. communication with specialists or therapists)
  •     Financial information, including earnings, goals, and coaching fees
  •     Proprietary business information or processes
  •     Coaching strategies and techniques
  •     Business-related purchases or investments
  •     Any recorded conversations, whether video, audio, or transcribed
  •     Notes and task lists
  •     Any documentation related to our coaching relationship, such as legal agreements, pre-call and post-call review forms, checklists, and questionnaires
