Who Is Online Coaching For?

If you know your physical issues, illness or disease state are linked with deeper emotional issues that hold you back, or you need someone to inspire and motivate you to make change let's talk. You need to be willing to:

A Snapshot Of What We Work On

What You Get

Allow up to 2.5 hours for your initial call to go through a thorough history, background , your story, experiences both physical and emotional. This will give me a good idea of what we need to work through and create a plan for you to move forwards.

We then continue with regular one hour coaching calls for the 12 week commitment (the spread of calls will be discussed when we speak). In the early days I'll put the pieces together for you and give you insight into the deeper meaning of any chronic physical issues you may have, how they link together and the primary issues that need to be addressed. You'll gain a good understanding and continue to learn why your body is the way it is.

We'll use this time to acknowledge any blocks, facilitate the emotional release process, and clean up the mess to create a platform for you to move forwards towards your goals.

If you're not clear on your goals or plan, I'll help you get clearer on creating a stronger sense of direction and the actionable steps required to make it all happen.

This mini course is included in your coaching package. During the mid portion of your coaching you will work on these worksheets with my support to build a strong foundation to move forwards from.

You'll get access to an online platform (mobile accessible via an app) to keep you on track for the 12 weeks and reinforce what is shared in coaching.

What's The Committment?

I work with clients for 12 weeks at a time. When you're focused on creating change this takes time, but with accountability and focus a lot can be achieved in a short period. 

The early days can be uncomfortable for some, but that's what happens when emotions have been suppressed for a long time, or you're stuck in old behaviour patterns that don't serve you. 

I'm here to work with you and support you through this discomfort to help you stretch and grow and live to your full potential. That could be achieving more ‘balance' in your life, making a big move, career change or starting a business. 

One thing I know is you've got to deal with the backstory, emotions and create a greater level of awareness to really move forwards and live the life you want

My first trip to NZ when we met was the catalyst for a major shift in my life. Not to sound cliche, but it was a shift in consciousness. I have to become more aware of my body and the psychosomatic connections, the sensations I feel whether pleasant or painful and what my body is trying to tell me. In the process I started to practice more self-respect/love and to look after myself through exercise be it simple yoga or an evening hike. I was able to step out of an abusive relationship as well as let go of toxic people in my life. In the process I started to surround myself with brighter, kinder, more fulfilling people in my life.
