10 weeks commencing Thursday 5th October 2023 (New Zealand Time).

Delivery:

Live Zoom group coaching call focused on the training content each week.

The initial four weeks involve a mix of teaching and coaching.

Zoom calls are the opportunity to ask any questions and to receive coaching.

Anything LIVE will be recorded uploaded to a file held on the Facebook page and a Google Doc which will be shared with you at the close of the group.

A private Facebook group runs for the duration of the training for additional support. Please note this group closes at the end of 10 weeks.

Note: You can do the training at your own pace, in your own time, you will be guided as to which aspects need to be covered each week. If you want to attend the live aspects and keep up with our schedule you would need to follow the times above.

Access:

You will have lifetime access to an online training platform where the course content (video, written and audio files) is held. You will also have access to any updates to the course content.

You will be added to a Facebook group for ongoing support for the duration of the training. We encourage you to use the group to seek additional support in written format. Everyone's posts are responded to by either of the coaches. Please note the group does close down when the course ends no exceptions due to maintaining privacy of content. If there are any key pieces of advice or support you would like to capture we suggest you keep your own file as we move through. We work with the energy of the group and find that what is shared is often only relevant in the moment.

Parties
“The Art Of Listening To Your Body Limited” (The Art Of Listening To Your Body) and
“You” (the “client”)

The following Terms and Conditions refer to the purchase of Emotional Body Training online training (the “training”) with The Art Of Listening To Your Body
The terms ‘you’ or ‘your’ refers to the Client

1. PAYMENTS

You must pay The Art Of Listening To Your Body the amounts agreed upon for the training as outlined in pricing and payment in the agreed time frames.

If payments are not made by due dates, your training enrolment can be cancelled, and no refund or credit will be given.

2. REFUND POLICY

Payments are fully refundable (less $250 USD administration fee) for up to 14 days after your payment is received, after which they are no longer refundable. Once the training has commenced there is no refund.

3. ONLINE DELIVERY

You will be emailed your access details a few days before the training commences.

You will be added to a private Facebook group for ongoing support for the duration of the training. Posts deemed inappropriate will be removed.

If there are any technical issues with the live Zoom calls these will be rescheduled.

You need to take responsibility for what you post in any of the online communication platforms.

4. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

You understand that the training is not to provide treatment for any medical conditions, nor does it substitute professional advice for any health issues.

The Art Of Listening To Your Body shall not be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on the online platform, even if the training or an authorized of the training has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS & TERMS OF USE

All concepts, information and materials in delivered in the training (the “Materials”) are the property of The Art Of Listening To Your Body. The Art Of Listening To Your Body shall have sole title and ownership of all Intellectual Property Rights in the Materials or Recordings or created in the provision of any of its services. Whereby, “Intellectual Property Rights” means patents, trademarks, copyrights, database rights, design rights, applications for registration of any of the foregoing and all rights of like nature arising or subsisting whether registered or unregistered;
In delivering the training, we do not transfer title to you of any intellectual property and title to all such intellectual property remains with us.

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of any downloadable Materials on the online platform for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

-modify or copy the Materials;
-use the materials for any commercial purpose, or for any public display (commercial or non-commercial);
-attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on the membership web site;
-remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials; or
-transfer the materials to another person or ‘mirror’ the materials on any other server.

6. CONFIDENTIALITY

As part of my participation in the training, I agree that The Art Of Listening To Your Body may video record, audio record, photograph or otherwise capture my likeness, voice, images, interviews and statements made and I agree The Art Of Listening To Your Body may use such material and make available to other participants for learning purposes.

The Art Of Listening To Your Body values the integrity of the Emotional body Training and it is essential that all communication remains confidential to those participating in the course.

You agree that not to disclose, communicate to or place at the disposal to any third party any information obtained from the online platform in any form or by any means and keep the information in the strictest confidence.

6. CHANGES TO TERMS & CONDITIONS

The Art Of Listening To Your Body may revise these Terms of Use for its website at any time without notice. By using this website, you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these Terms of Use.

Governing Law:
This Agreement shall be construed in accordance with, and governed by, the laws of New Zealand as applied to contracts that are executed and performed entirely in New Zealand.May
